Welcome to Chautauqua Hills Farm Order & Pick Up!

If you’re new to our site, please take some time and read through the information provided below. We offer Order & Pick Up for our customers who cannot make it to the farm, but still want to know they’re purchasing their produce locally and direct from the farm.

Order & Pick Up – at the Farm

If you’re located near the farm and can’t pick for any reason, we will try to have berries available for pick up at the farm. Please send us an email or call us at 620.249.3369. See the 2024 price list below for Order & Pick Up at the Farm prices.

Order & Pick Up – Wichita Area location

  1. Scroll to the bottom of this page and complete the Order Form. It’s that easy! 
  2. Once you’ve completed your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all the details of your Order including the price, date and location it will be available for Pick Up.
  3. Orders for blueberries are typically filled in the 3rd or 4th week of June, and through the rest of the season.
  4. For your convenience we’ve arranged for orders to be available for pick up at the following locations in the Wichita area:

When you come to the store or market to pick up your order, bring a copy of your email confirmation. You’ll pay at that time directly just as you would for a regular purchase.

Fresh Blueberries: Order and Pick Up – At the Farm

If you cannot make it to the farm to pick your own, we do make our blueberries available to order in pre-picked gallon quantities. These come in a food-grade poly bag and are simple-sorted from the field. When picked, these berries are immediately moved from the field to coolers for optimal flavor retention and freshness. Each gallon contains about 6.5 lbs.

Important Note for Order & Pick Up Blueberries:

Once the berries are in season, we usually require 3 to 5 days from the date of your order to pick them and make them available for pick up in the Wichita area or at the Farm. Sometimes we fill orders faster than this and sometimes it takes longer depending on berry availability and demand.

Our advance orders (beginning in late May) are taken on a first come / first serve basis and when we’re sold out…we’re sold out!

Due to limited availability, we will not have Blackberries available for Order and Pick Up in 2024.
